MANILA, Philippines — Fair weather is expected nationwide this Monday, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).

In a 4 a.m. forecast, Pagasa weather specialist Aldczar Aurelio said the southwest monsoon or “habagat” is currently affecting the weather in the western section of Luzon but will not cause widespread rains.

“Dahil sa mahina ang habagat, ang buong Luzon ay makakaranas ng maganda at maaliwalas na panahon,” he said.
