Authorities try to rescue man threatening to jump off QC building

MANILA, Philippines – Rescuers are trying to stop a man from jumping off a building in Quezon City Monday, a Radyo Inquirer 990AM report said.

The report said that authorities were at the scene persuading the still unidentified man from jumping to his death from the 16^th floor of the Victoria Towers at the corner of Panay and Timog Avenue in Quezon City.
