Did You Know: 1.67 million live births recorded in 2019

According to the Philippine Statistics Authority, 1,674,302 live births were registered in the country from January to December 2019.

Of the total, 13.1 percent were from the National Capital Region based on the usual residence of the mother, the second highest among all regions.

Calabarzon ranked first with 14.8 percent of the registered live births in that period.
