Did You Know: San Jose Seminary was founded on Aug. 25, 1601

On Aug. 25, 1601, Colegio de San Jose, a school of Jesuits, was established in Manila.

It initially had 13 students when it first opened.

It is now known as San Jose Seminary at the Ateneo de Manila University campus in Quezon City.
