Las Piñas residential fire reaches Task Force Alpha

MANILA, Philippines — A fire that struck a residential area in Las Piñas City reached Task Force Alpha on Saturday, according to the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP).

The blaze, which swept through houses in Barangay Zapote, first reached third alarm at 10:40 a.m.

It later reached Task Force Alpha at 11:34 a.m.

The blaze was later declared under control at 12:30 p.m.

Fire officials are still investigating what caused the blaze, the BFP said.
