MANILA, Philippines — A 5.1-magnitude earthquake jolted Sultan Kudarat on Sunday afternoon, the Philippine Institute of Volcanolgy and Seismology said.
The quake hit 66 kilometers southwest of Kalamansig, Sultan Kudarat, at 3:22 p.m.
The quake, which was tectonic in origin, had a depth of 586 km.
No damage nor aftershocks could be expected from the temblor, Phivolcs said.
