Construction worker nabbed in Tuguegarao drug bust
TUGUEGARAO CITY – Police arrested a construction worker in a drug buy-bust operation on Saturday in this city.
Regie Narag, 30, a resident of Peñablanca, Cagayan was arrested after selling a sachet of shabu (crystal meth) to an undercover police officer in Barangay Pengue-Ruyu, police said.

Narag is currently detained at the Tuguegarao City police station.
The seized illegal drugs are undergoing tests at a Cagayan laboratory of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency.
