A security guard of a subdivision was shot dead by a trio of motorcycle-riding assailants on Friday afternoon in Quezon City.
The victim, Nicolas Aguejetas, died at 1:37 p.m. while being treated at the Bernardino General Hospital in Novaliches.
Insp. Elmer Monsalve, homicide chief of the Quezon City Police District’s criminal investigation and detection unit, said the victim was posted at the Sierra Madre gate along Carmen Drive of the Diamond Village in Barangay Kaligayahan when he was fired upon by one of the suspects.
The suspects fled aboard a Honda XRM motorcycle.
