123 DSWD employees infected with coronavirus
MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Social and Welfare and Development (DSWD) said that at least 123 of its personnel have contracted the coronavirus disease.
“To date, a total of 434 personnel have been affected by the health crisis. Of this number, 123 are confirmed cases, with 74 active cases, while the rest are undergoing quarantine,” the DSWD said in a statement.
Despite the number of infected personnel, the DSWD said it would still provide “unhampered” delivery of public service.
