PRC postpones scheduled 2020 licensure exams
MANILA, Philippines — The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Sunday announced the postponement of scheduled licensure examinations this year due to the increasing number of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) cases in the country.
In an advisory, the PRC said it would reset the conduct of the examinations scheduled in October and November this year to 2021, adding that the rise in COVID-19 cases has “resulted to fear and anxiety to the health and safety of all concerned.”

October 2020

The PRC advised examinees to monitor its official website and social media accounts for important updates.

As of August 8, the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in the Philippines reached 126,885. Of the number, 67,117 have so far recovered while 2,209 have succumbed to the disease.
