MANILA, Philippines — From crafting laws to cutting his son’s hair, Senator Sonny Angara became an impromptu barber for a day.
In an Instagram story on Sunday, Angara’s wife, Tootsy, shared a clip of the senator snipping away at their youngest son’s hair.
“Check out our Barbero… no comb, no trash can, no plan… para daw [he’s going for a] rough look,” Tootsy’s story caption read.
The coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic has forced people to stay inside their homes to minimize infection.
The Department of Trade and Industry earlier said that with the government reverting Metro Manila and other provinces to the modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ), some of the business establishments allowed to reopen under relaxed quarantine guidelines will be temporarily shut again, including barbershops.
