MANILA, Philippines—The world’s tallest skyscraper, Dubai’s Burj Khalifa, lit up on Tuesday with the colors of the Lebanese flag after twin blasts rocked the port of the country’s capital, Beirut, leaving dozens of deaths and thousands of injuries.

The lighting up of the 828-meter-tall building came as the world extends its support and condolences to Lebanon after the massive explosions.
