MANILA, Philippines — Bureau of Customs (BOC) enforcers at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (Naia) on Tuesday said they had seized P15-million worth of branded bags, shoes, wallets and earrings from Milan, Italy, that were misdeclared as personal effects, confectionery and canned goods.
The seized shipment consisted of 15 cartons containing genuine Chanel, Hermes, Christian Louboutin, Valentino, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Balenciaga bags, shoes, wallets and earrings, according to BOC-Naia distict collector Carmelita Talusan.
They were shipped through RRG Freight Services and stored at Paircargo Warehouse at the Naia complex.
