MANILA, Philippines — State-run People’s Television (PTV) on Saturday said it would limit its live programs after reporting new coronavirus disease cases among its personnel.
“As part of the network’s precautionary measures and safety policies, we shall be airing only a limited number of live programs daily as we operate the network on a skeleton manpower complement starting August 3, Monday,” read the advisory.
PTV did not disclose, however, the total count of COVID-19 cases among its personnel.
