MANILA, Philippines — Fire broke out in a commercial area in Barangay Novaliches Proper in Quezon City early Thursday morning.
The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) reported that the conflagration along Susano Road was raised to first alarm at 2:38 a.m.
It reached second alarm at 2:47 a.m.
The blaze was declared fire out at 9:33 a.m., according to BFP.
