CAMP GEN. ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan –– Joint police forces of Bulacan and Cavite arrested the second most wanted person in Calabarzon after a manhunt operation.
Col. Lawrence Cajipe, Bulacan police director, said Reagan Santos, 40, a fisherman and a resident of Barangay Aplaya Munti in Cavite City, was arrested at Barangay San Pascual in Hagonoy town at 7:15 a.m. on Monday.
Santos has a warrant of arrest for murder and frustrated murder issued by Judge Agapito Lu of the Cavite Regional Trial Court Branch 88.
Santos was taken to the Emilio G. Perez 2nd District Hospital for medical examination before he was turned over to the Cavite Provincial Police Office.
