DFA main building on Roxas Blvd closed for public health assessment

MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) has announced the temporary closure of its main building along Roxas Boulevard in Pasay City beginning Tuesday, July 28.

In an advisory late Monday night, the DFA said the temporary closure of its main building is part of the agency’s “assessment of public health and safety measures currently in place.”

“Another announcement will be made in 48 hours after the assessment,” the DFA added.

Meanwhile, the DFA’s consular office in Aseana in Parañaque as well as other consular offices will remain open in accordance with their publicized operating hours.

The DFA advised the public to visit the agency’s website social media platforms for updates.
