And in true Juana Change fashion, she did not go to the rally as herself, but disguised as presidential spokesman Harry Roque, who previously drew flak for his trip to Ocean Adventure in Subic Bay amid COVID-19 quarantine restrictions.
To complete Juana Change’s look, she even brought along inflatable dolphins.

In a photo by Bayan secretary-general Renato Reyes, Juana Change even posed for the camera with a Korean finger heart.
After he drew flak from his trip, Roque defended himself, saying he did not violate any quarantine protocols, and has since apologized for his actions.
