The Navotas City government has reminded residents to follow city ordinances to protect them from the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) as the number of lockdown violators has increased.
(We are in the middle of the two-week lockdown but there are still many residents who would violate the ordinances implemented. These rules are needed to protect us.)
(Let us follow the rules. Every rule is needed to protect ourselves as well as our fellow residents.)
COVID-19 infection among relatives, workmates in Navotas
Navotas Mayor Toby Tiangco, meanwhile, said the transmission of the coronavirus disease is prevalent among relatives and workmates in the city.
(Before implementing lockdown, we recorded a surge of positive cases. Most of our patients are relatives or workmates.)
