Marikina register of deeds takes witness stand

MANILA, Philippines—The registry of  deeds  of Marikina City   took the witness stand  on  Thursday to testify on the  existence of  properties  allegedly owned  by  Supreme Court Chief Justice  Renato Corona and wife, Cristina.

Sedfrey Garcia  was  the third  witness presented by  the prosecution team  on Thursday, and the  fifth  since Wednesday.

Cavite Representative  Elpidio Barzaga Jr. was conducting direct  examination   of the  witness.
