TAGBILARAN CITY –– A 13-year-old boy here tested positive for the new coronavirus disease (COVID-19), the youngest Boholano who got infected with the virus.

Tagbilaran City Mayor John Geesnell Yap II said the boy has not displayed symptoms of the disease and has been under home quarantine.

Yap said the boy, a resident of Purok Centro 1 in Barangay Dampas, was tested for COVID-19 after his cousin, a locally stranded individual (LSI), contracted the virus.
