Cops kill two drug suspects in Bulacan ops

SAN RAFAEL, Bulacan– Two suspected drug pushers were killed on Friday night during a police operation that seized 220 grams of shabu (crystal meth) from them.

Andres Marcolita from Villaroma Village in Guiguinto town and Gil Manaog from Batangas province allegedly fired at undercover policemen to whom they sold shabu at 9:45 p.m. in Barangay (villlage) Diliman.

They were killed in the ensuing gun battle with members of the Bulacan Police Provincial Intelligence Branch (PIB), the Drug Enforcement Group and the San Rafael police.

They possessed contraband worth P1.65 million. CARMELA REYES-ESTROPE
