Zambales lists 2 new COVID-19 cases

SAN ANTONIO, ZAMBALES—Two more cases of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) were recorded in Zambales on Friday (July 17), raising the province’s tally to 38.

Dr. Noel Bueno, provincial health director, said the new cases are those of a 25-year-old man from this town and a 45-year-old man from Botolan town.

It was not immediately known how the two contracted the virus.

The province has so far recorded 38 COVID-18 cases with one fatality.
