Pasig teenager caught with P2.4-M worth of shabu
MANILA, Philippines — A male teenager was caught with crystal meth, locally known as shabu, worth P2.4 million in a buy-bust operation in Pasig City.
The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) said on Monday that the teenager was arrested at the corner of Urbano Street and Velasco Avenue in Barangay Pinagbuhatan Sunday night.
PDEA said its agents seized at least 300 grams of shabu from the suspect.
It did not specify where the teenager was detained, but said he would face charges for violating sections the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
