LTFRB to close down main office in QC for a week
MANILA, Philippines — The Land Transportation and Franchising Regulatory Board (LTFRB) on Saturday announced it would be closing down its central office in Quezon City for the entire week next week, after five of its employees were confirmed to have COVID-19.
LTFRB, which is based on East Avenue, is the latest government agency to suspend its operations due to the pandemic.
Last month, the Land Transportation Office also shut down after recording 12 cases within its ranks. LTFRB Chair Martin Delgra said the closure would last from July 13 to July 17 to give way to disinfection.
