MANILA, Philippines—A Palace official was the second witness presented by the prosecution team in the ongoing impeachment trial of Supreme Court Chief Justice Renato Corona on Wednesday.
Iloilo Representative Niel Tupas Jr., chief prosecutor, identified the witness as Marianito Dimaandal, head of Malacañang Records Office, who immediately took the stand.
Dimaandal is expected to testify on Corona’s statement of assets, liabilities and net worth.
