Girl among 3 new COVID-19 patients in Baguio

BAGUIO CITY –– Three new patients, including a 10-year-old girl, have contracted the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in the summer capital as of June 16.

The girl, a resident of Barangay San Vicente, has been exposed to a COVID-19 patient, said Mayor Benjamin Magalong.

Another hospital worker, identified as a 30-year-old woman, who resides in Loakan Road, has been isolated after contracting the disease from another infected patient.

The third new patient is a 60-year old man from Irisan village who is being treated in a hospital.

The new cases add to the seven active cases recorded by the Department of Health on June 15.
