350 new PMA cadets end quarantine

BAGUIO CITY, Benguet, Philippines — The 350 incoming cadets belonging to the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) Class of 2024 arrived at Fort Del Pilar here after undergoing quarantine outside the city.

Vice Adm. Allan Ferdinand Cusi, PMA superintendent, said the new cadets were tested for the coronavirus through swab tests and were only allowed to enter the military school after they all tested negative. Cusi said the cadets would be formally received into the academy on June 15.
