2 drug pushers nabbed in Camarines Sur, Catanduanes stings
LEGAZPI CITY — Two suspected drug pushers were arrested in separate anti-drug operations in Camarines Sur and Catanduanes on Tuesday night.
Maj. Maria Luisa Calubaquib, spokesperson of the Bicol police, said the drug buy-bust operations yielded 45 sachets of suspected shabu (crystal meth).
In Camarines Sur, Joel Nolasco was caught selling shabu to an undercover agent in Barangay Sta. Rosa Del Norte, Pasacao town at around 9:50 p.m.
Police operatives confiscated 26 sachets of shabu from the suspect, considered a high value target (HVT) illegal drug peddler operating in the town.
In Catanduanes, Jonathan Toledo was arrested in a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay Gogon Sirangan, Virac town at around 6:55 p.m.
Seized from Toledo were 19 sachets of shabu and a .38 caliber pistol.
