COVID-19 closes QC barangay hall for 3 days

/ 04:00 AM June 06, 2020

A barangay hall in Quezon City has suspended its operations for three days beginning Friday, after 30 of its employees tested positive for COVID-19.

But Barangay South Triangle reiterated in a Facebook post that the rapid tests were only preliminary tests.

The employees were placed under quarantine but would still undergo polymerase chain reaction confirmatory tests. Ten patients are still recovering from COVID-19 in South Triangle, out of its 24 total confirmed cases as of Thursday. —Mariejo S. Ramos
