In a message to reporters, Transportation Assistant Secretary Goddess Hope Libiran said the 220 bus units will be deployed in the following routes:

The three bus routes were put in place on Thursday to assist commuters who found themselves stranded and unable to reach their workplaces as public transportation remains limited.

Under GCQ, buses and jeepneys are still not allowed on the roads while railways, bus augmentation, taxis, transport network vehicle services, point-to-point buses, and the use of bicycles are allowed.
