Pasig City launches online finder for its supplemental SAP beneficiaries

MANILA, Philippines — Pasig City on Tuesday launched an online finder where its residents can check whether they are included in the local government’s supplemental social amelioration program (SAP).

In a Facebook post, the Pasig City Public Information Office (PIO) announced the launch of sap-pasig.com where the list of the city’s SAP beneficiaries will be posted.

(There is an online finder for those asking if they are included in the database used for Pamaskong Handog where we based the list of Pasig Supplemental Sap beneficiaries.)

Those who cannot find their names on the list may register via the online platform, the Pasig PIO added.

(Remember that registering here is only for families residing in Pasig and who have not received any SAP from the national government.)

The national government earlier rolled out SAP where low-income families will receive P5,000 to P8,000 cash subsidy.

But Pasig City included families who were left out by the national government’s list.

Mayor Vico Sotto said over P1 billion was identified from the local government’s budget to provide cash aid to these families.
