Ambo weakens further as it hovers over Nueva Ecija-Pangasinan area

Ambo weakens into a tropical storm and is traversing the northwestern Nueva Ecija-eastern Pangasinan area. It is moving northwestward at 15 kilometers per hour with maximum sustained winds of 85 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 140 km/h.
