/ 05:14 AM May 15, 2020

The Philippine Coast Guard’s (PCG) turnover ceremony today, for some 400 of its trainees, will strictly observe quarantine measures in deference to the COVID-19 crisis, PCG spokesperson Commodore Armand Balilo said.

The ceremony will be simple and participants will be asked to observe social distancing and wear face masks.

The ceremony, which will take from five to 10 minutes, will be held in an open area at the PCG’s Training Center in Taguig City.

The event will be livestreamed on Facebook. —TINA G. SANTOS
