In a 5 p.m. report, the Quezon public information office (QPIO) said the recovered patients were from Lucena City and the towns of Calauag and Real.
Lucena now has a total of 21 recovered patients.
Calauag has recorded a total of three recoveries out of eight COVID-19 cases with one fatality.
The recovered patient in Real was the town’s only COVID-19 case.
Deducting the recoveries and deaths from the tally, the province now has only 20 COVID-19 cases, all in hospitals.
Quezon has also recorded a total of 1,465 suspected coronavirus carriers but 41 had already died without knowing for sure if they were sick of COVID-19.
But a total of 1,154 suspected carriers have already been discharged from hospitals or completed home quarantine.
At least 116 suspected carriers are still confined in hospitals and 154 are on home quarantine.
Three probable carriers had already completed home quarantine and showed no more symptoms. One is still in isolation at home.
