WATCH: Exhausted, angry residents queue for 3 days to get cash aid

Getting cash aid is like passing through the eye of a needle for residents of Brgy. San Isidro in Rodriguez, Rizal.

They need 3 days before they can actually receive their subsidy: First day for the social amelioration program (SAP) form, second for the interview and third for the payout.
