LEGAZPI CITY—Narcs here arrested a drug suspect in a buy-bust operation on Tuesday (May 12) and seized 10 grams of shabu, or crystal meth, worth at least P68,000.
Christian Frivaldo, director of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) in Bicol, said Sean Andrew Belen of the village of Tula-tula, was caught selling meth to an undercover agent at the parking area of the Albay Cathedral compound past 10 a.m.
Belen has been on a list of drug suspects.
