Sinulog Darts tilt starts at Yayoy’s

AROUND A HUNDRED darters prepare for an action-packed weekend as they take part in the Sinulog Darts Tournament, which starts tonight at the Yayoy’s Grill and Resto Bar.

Organized by the Cebu City Hall Employees Darts Association (Cheda), the tournament will have a double knockout format for the winners bracket with a best-of-three 501. The losers bracket will have a one-game 701 format.

The tournament is sponsored by Cebu City Councilor Raul “Yayoy” Alcoseba.

Meanwhile, the Cebu City Hall Inter Department Darts tournament was topped by the DEPW department last Monday. DVMF placed second while CCMC settled for third place.

In the women’s division, the City Health Department ruled the tournament while the DEPW grabbed second place honors. CITOM finished third. CORRESPONDENT DALE G. ROSAL
