Four detainees of the Sta. Ana police station in Manila have tested positive for the new coronavirus disease (COVID-19), according to the National Capital Region Police Office.
After swab tests confirmed they were positive for the virus on Sunday, they were brought to the Delpan quarantine facility.
The police station suspended visits in mid-February after an inmate came down with tuberculosis and boils.
He was taken to a hospital in Quezon City where he initially tested positive for COVID-19 although his next two tests were negative. —Nikka G. Valenzuela
