Magnitude 4.1 earthquake rocks Southern Leyte
MANILA, Philippines — A magnitude 4.1 earthquake rocked Southern Leyte on Wednesday, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said.
The earthquake struck at 12:08 p.m. at 11 kilometers southeast of Silago town.
The tremor was of tectonic origin and had a three-kilometer depth of focus.
Phivolcs said that the quake was felt in other areas at various intensities:
Reported Intensity IV – Silago, Southern Leyte

No aftershocks or damage were expected, Phivolcs added.
