Nueva Ecija seaman recovers from COVID-19

CABANATUAN CITY –– A 43-year-old seaman from San Isidro town, who became the second coronavirus disease (COVID-19) patient in Nueva Ecija, has recovered, the provincial inter-agency task force said on Tuesday afternoon (April 28), citing a confirmatory result from the Department of Health.

The seaman is the 16th patient in the province to beat the virus.

He has completed a 14-day quarantine at the Dr. Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center and was permitted to go home on Monday (April 27).
