4 Oriental Mindoro patients test negative for COVID-19
CITY OF CALAPAN –– Four patients tested negative for coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Oriental Mindoro.
A report from the Regional Epidemiology Surveillance Unit of the Department of Health in Mimaropa on Monday evening said that based on results from the Research Institute for Tropical Medicine, the 72-year-old male (Patient 331) from this city; a 37-year-old male (Patient 332) from Socorro town; an 82-year-old male (Patient 333) from Bulalacao town, and a 45-year-old female (Patient 334) from Pinamalayan town, were free of the virus.
Governor Humerlito Dolor, in a Facebook post, said that of the 411 patients who were tested, 327 turned out negative, while nine tested positive.
Dolor said they were waiting for 75 more results of suspected COVID-19 patients.
