CITY OF MEYCAUAYAN—Six suspects were arrested on Sunday (April 19) for allegedly stealing goods and coins at a small grocery store at a village here.
Allegedly stolen by the suspects—a young man, a minor and four teenagers—were canned goods, noodles, soap, electric fan and P3,300 in coins.
Police found the allegedly stolen items, among them several cans of sardines, corned beef and tuna, at the houses of the young suspects, according to information given by the store owner after a worker discovered the theft at 5 a.m.
The suspects are in the custody of the Meycauayan police.
