MANILA, Philippines — The entire nation will experience cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms and the easterlies, or warm wind from the Pacific Ocean, the state weather bureau said Sunday.
In its 4 a.m. live weather update, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said that the easterlies continue to prevail over the eastern section of the country.
(Easterlies continue to prevail over the eastern section of the country, that’s why there is a high chance of thunderstorms over the eastern parts of the country.)
(But there is a high chance of isolated rains or thunderstorms, especially during the afternoon.)
