MANILA, Philippines — Fair weather is expected in most parts of the country on Saturday, the state weather bureau said.
In its 4 a.m. live weather update, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said easterlies or trade winds are currently affecting the eastern section of the country.
The easterlies, as well as localized thunderstorms, will bring cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
“Wala po tayong binabantayang sama ng panahon or low pressure area na maaring mabuo or pumasok sa Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) in the next two to three days.” weather specialist Sheilla Reyes said in the weather update.
