/ 05:16 AM April 17, 2020

Logistics company 2GO Group Inc. said two of its vessels, the MV St. Anthony de Padua and MV St. Pope John Paul II, both docked at the Manila South Harbor, will serve as coronavirus quarantine facilities. 2GO chief operating officer Waldo Basilla said the vessels would be regularly sanitized, with social distancing guidelines observed.

The Philippine Coast Guard will provide manpower, equipment and supplies, while 2GO will take care of the technical crew, food and beverage, and housekeeping staff to deliver hotel support. —Miguel R. Camus
