MANILA, Philippines — Metro Manila and most of Luzon will experience good weather conditions in the next 24 hours, according to the Philippine Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
In its 4 a.m. weather bulletin, Pagasa said the Tail-end of a Cold Front (TECF) is affecting the weather in the eastern section of Southern Luzon while the Northeasterly Surface Windflow (NESWF) is affecting Northern and Central Luzon on Tuesday.
According to the bureau, Bicol Region and the province of Quezon will have cloudy skies with rains and thunderstorms due to the TECF.
Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora, and the rest of Calabarzon will experience cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the NESWF.
Pagasa said the surface windflow will also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains to Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, and the rest of Central Luzon.
Meanwhile, the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.
Pagasa said the wind and coastal water condition will be moderate to strong in the northern and eastern sections of Luzon. It will be light to moderate in the rest of Luzon and in Visayas and Mindanao.

- Baguio City: 16 to 24 degrees Celsius
- Laoag City: 23 to 30 degrees Celsius
- Tuguegarao: 21 to 28 degrees Celsius
- Legazpi City: 26 to 32 degrees Celsius
- Tagaytay City: 22 to 29 degrees Celsius
- Puerto Princesa City: 25 to 33 degrees Celsius
- Iloilo: 26 to 33 degrees Celsius
- Cebu: 25 to 33 degrees Celsius
- Tacloban City: 25 to 31 degrees Celsius
- Cagayan De Oro City: 23 to 31 degrees Celsius
- Zamboanga City: 24 to 34 degrees Celsius
- Davao City: 25 to 34 degrees Celsius
