Valenzuela City now has 3 COVID-19 recoveries

MANILA, Philippines — The Valenzuela City government reported on Friday afternoon two additional COVID-19 recoveries, bringing the total number of recovered patients in the city to three.

In an advisory, the Valenzuela City government announced the recovery of the two patients identified in the city’s list as “VC7” and “VC10.”

“VC1 was the first one to recover as reported earlier, VC7 is her husband,” it added.

Meanwhile, Valenzuela City’s total COVID-19 infections remain at 39 with four deaths as of posting time.

Residents experiencing symptoms, have a travel history and/or exposure to COVID-19 patients are urged to call the city’s #COVID19 HOTLINE at 8352-5000.

As of Thursday, the Philippines has 4,076 confirmed COVID-19 cases, with 203 deaths and 124 recoveries.
