MANILA, Philippines — The regions of Visayas and Mindanao will have mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and isolated thunderstorms becoming cloudy with widespread rains over Eastern Visayas and Eastern Mindanao which may trigger flashfloods and landslides, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Tuesday.
Meanwhile, the rest of Luzon will be partly cloudy to cloudy with light rains due to a northeast monsoon affecting Luzon, it added.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and Visayas and coming from the northeast and east over the rest of the country, Pagasa said.
The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be moderate to rough, it added.
