2 new Ecija patients infected with COVID-19

CABANATUAN CITY –– Two more patients have been infected with the coronavirus disease (COVID 19) as of Thursday (April 2), raising to 25 the number of afflicted in Nueva Ecija.

Patient 24 is a 65-year-old man from San Antonio town while Patient 25 is a 52-year-old man from this city, according to the local inter-agency task force monitoring the spread of COVID-19.

The contact tracing process has been launched to isolate people with whom the two new patients have interacted, it says.

The task force has reiterated that social distancing and home quarantine are some of the best ways to contain and prevent the spread of COVID- 19.
